Healthy churches multiply leaders and churches. As a National Church Planting Catalyst with Send Network, I help churches discover, develop, and deploy church planters and church planting teams. My particular passion is helping churches establish Residency programs that identify, train, and send the next generation of pastors, church planters, and ministry leaders.
